The type of care we provide is for children who:
By using a variety of kid-friendly techniques, we approach dental surgery unlike anyone in the Vancouver area of Washington.

Dr. Neil is a board-certified pediatric dentist and board-eligible orthodontist. After earning a bachelor’s degree from BYU, his DDS at Northwestern University in Chicago, and an AEGD program in Virginia, he spent three years serving as a dentist in the US Navy, mostly on a ship off the coast of Italy.
He then completed his residency at UCLA, where he earned specialty certificates in both pediatric dentistry and orthodontics. Working on the Legacy Emmanuel Cleft Lip and Palate Team, Dr. Neil utilizes both of his specialties in improving children’s lives.
Dr. Neil likes spending time with his family in beautiful Vancouver, especially when the sun is shining. He, his wife Alisa, and their eight children love to explore the Pacific Northwest, where they frequently go hiking, sailing, and fishing as a family.
He is an active member of the AAPD, AAO, ADA, WSDA, and Clark County Dental Society.
Dr. Todd Hillyard brings his energy for life to his work as a pediatric dentist. He earned his DDS from (UTSA) the University of Texas-San Antonio, with magna cum laude honors, completed a specialty residency in Pediatric Dentistry at the University of California- Los Angles, and is Board Certified. He is an active member of local, state, and national dental and pediatric dental societies.
Dr. Todd’s favorite thing to do is explore the world–whether dental service missions or scuba diving with manta rays, loves experiencing different cultures, meeting new people, and seeing beautiful places. He is married to a Vancouver native, Julie (McAllister). Together with their kids, they enjoy hiking, biking, and traveling. Their new family passion is pickleball–and because Todd hates boring, he determined to spice up that world by creating more “expressive” paddles–he and his wife started Play.Paddles with the mission of getting more families to play this sport and have fun doing it.
He has a special place in his heart for kids with special needs. His younger brother, Matt, has down syndrome and his son, Matthew, is a sensory-seeker with autism, apraxia, and other delays.

Dr. Molly grew up in Vancouver, Washington. After leaving for eight years to earn her bachelor’s degree in biology at the University of Missouri and her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry, she returned to the Pacific Northwest and completed a specialty residency in pediatric dentistry at Oregon Health and Sciences University.
She is thrilled to be back in the area for good and excited to provide care for patients in the community where she grew up.
Dr. Molly gets her passion for working with kids from her mom, who teaches at a local elementary school. Her goal as a pediatric dentist is to help children maintain healthy, confident smiles while making the dentist a positive, fun experience.
